Rates:
Rates are based on the type of assignment which is determined by management in view of administrative needs at the time. The rates depend on if visits are telehealth verses in-person home visits , and if the visits are comprehensive verses focused. The average telehealth rate would be $180 and the average in-person rate would be $210.
