As an employer, MJHS attracts individuals who see their work as a calling as well as a job. Professionals in every job category have cited that they appreciate being left to make their own decisions, are encouraged to voice their opinions, and are given the necessary breathing room to do their work with minimal supervision. Yet, at the same time, they feel that management and their co-workers are solidly behind them and readily accessible.
When you work with us you will receive comprehensive and affordable health and financial benefits, in addition to generous paid vacation, personal and holiday time that you won't find at our competitors. Do you receive a paid day off for your birthday now? No? You will here! You will also receive the training, tuition assistance and career development you desire to help you achieve your career goals. You take care of our patients, residents and health plan members, and we will take care of the rest!
You strike the perfect balance between accomplishing the organization’s goal and meeting the member’s needs
As a sales and marketing professional, you bring a special sensibility and integrity to your work. You have an unusually broad capacity to communicate and educate with a variety of individuals as well as family and caregivers. You also understand the concerns and points of view of the different healthcare disciplines, providers and service agencies involved in each case. When the situation is right, what you will all have in common is the emphasis on which specific plan will make the most sense for the member.
At MJHS, you will find that unique “right” environment for someone who genuinely cares about the members you represent. Our management style is not rigid. Instead, we will provide guidance, education and support when you need it and trust you to work autonomously to meet your goals.
In this position, you will be identifying qualified referrals for our HomeFirst programs within your designated territory. And, as opposed to selling a product, you’ll be promoting a wide range of managed care health plans geared towards helping Medicaid and dually eligible seniors remain independent and in their home despite long-term care needs. You will also be forming vital relationships with representatives from other healthcare and community service organizations to educate them about eldercare and health plan solutions to meet their client’s needs.
