    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Food Service Director for our nursing facility who will plan and direct all the activities of the food and nutrition services department to provide quality food service and clinical nutrition support. You will develop and implement policies and procedures ensuring quality, productivity and appropriate standards of care. Working through support staff, you will be responsible for menu development, department planning, staffing and performance management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred
    • Minimum of five years of management experience in Institutional Food Production required
