    The Training Specialist will act as a resource to develop, deliver, plan, implement, and evaluate training.  Reporting to the Director of Medicare, this position will collaborate with various Elderplan departments to develop and/or modify curriculum and training materials to ensure that all training needs are met. This position offers a unique opportunity to join the Learning and Performance Unit with a commitment to continual improvement and performance excellence for Elderplan


    • Must possess a minimum of four years of experience coordinating and providing education and/or training in a corporate setting. Management skills for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of education and organizational development skills necessary to coordinate and manage teaching programs for staff and group facilitation skills required. Experience in needs analysis and instructional design required.
    • BA/BS degree required
    • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles is required along with the knowledge of adult learning.
    • Must have the ability to research and write training materials.
    • Requires excellent one on one and group presentation skills.
