Under the direction of the HomeFirst Marketing Manager, the Account Manager will seek qualified referrals for HomeFirst within his/her assigned territory; develop territory by creating and maintaining community relationships with high volume referral sources; accurately communicate the benefits of Elderplan’s Managed Long Term Care Plan, HomeFirst, to eligible beneficiaries and their families in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations; and prepare necessary paperwork including enrollment forms, expense reports, daily activity reports and weekly activity sheets. Other duties as assigned.
