Under the direct supervision of the Support Services Supervisor, this position is responsible for disenrollment and withdrawal request processing through the utilization of Maximus 834 Benefit Enrollment System and LDSS disenrollment referral process. The Enrollment Coordinator is expected to: utilize various automated systems, such as: MCO, MP, ePACES, and the Response File Reader. Additional job responsibilities include: data entry, faxing, filing, scanning, maintaining spreadsheets, and distributing weekly and monthly reports.
The Enrollment Coordinator must ensure that all assignments are completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with NYSDOH Medicaid guidelines, MLTC provider regulations, and agency policies and procedures. Some latitude for independent initiative and judgment is given to the Enrollment Coordinator to plan, prioritize, and organize the daily workload.
