Responsibilities

Oversee production, receiving, and storage activities to ensure efficient, sanitary and high quality food service, in compliance with Kashruth law.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum three years experience in healthcare or long term care, two years as a supervisor preferred
  • 120 hour certification class in food service management
