This individual will perform basic clerical functions, with proficient PC skills, in order to support the Member Operations department. The Member Operations Assistant must interact with various departments via email and telephone to resolve member inquires/issues and is responsible for processing department member mailings. When needed, he/she will also
assist the Premium Billing Specialist with posting premium payments to member’s record in Market Prominence.
