Responsibilities

Responsible for Marketing/Outreaching in assisting to secure outreaches and assists in securing linkages for client services in the community.

Building awareness with agencies, practitioners, and groups in the community of the services offered by CMA

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the marketing department at MJHS in promoting the services offered by Upper Partnership for Senior Independence in the community.

· Make referrals to UMPSI from engagements with the community.

· Make presentations to agencies practitioners, and community groups. Such presentations may be made in-person, via zoom or other forms of social media

· Be the main referral source for the CMA Program

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • An Associate degree in Marketing from an accredited college/institution, a High School Diploma with two or more years performing outreach activities.
  • Knowledge of social services.

    Experience working with the aging population

    Knowledge of the communities of Community Districts 9, 10, and 1

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Engagement skills
