Performs ongoing orientation, training and education to all members of the Care Management team. Staff Educator will assume responsibility in ensuring that staff will have knowledge of regulations, protocols and workflows. • Baccalaureate degree in nursing required
• Master's degree in nursing, education or related field preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years care management experience required. Managed Care experience preferred. UAS NY knowledge required
• Requires a Registered Nurse license
• Excellent analytical skills, interpretation of data
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Ability to set priorities and to handle multiple assignments
