Responsibilities

Responsible for various initiatives involving network management, including but not limited to contracting, quality improvement, and reimbursement strategies. This includes managing day to day operations for all activities related to various provider types and optimizing contract performance. Works in collaboration with the operations team (Enrollment, Medical Management, Utilization Management, Member Services, Claims, Configuration, Sales, Product, Compliance and Provider Services) to achieve the organizational goal of providing members with quality and cost-effective services.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of provider service and/or contracting experience required. Familiarity with Managed Care, NYSDOH State and CMS federal regulations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to function with minimal supervision.
