Investigate and respond to written and/or verbal appeals and grievances submitted by members and providers in accordance with Elderplan Contract Benefits, CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), and DOH (Department of Health) regulations.

• Associates degree or 60 college credits preferred, but will consider prior experience.
• 4 years prior related experience is required.
• Managed Care or Health Care related experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS word, excel and desktop software knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Very good communication skills (oral and written).
• Good interpersonal Skills.
